If I bought another film camera it would be for medium format. I can't say exactly what I system would buy (except it woul not be a Leica S). I think it would depend mostly on what I learned about the lenses.
I can't imagine using 135 format film again. The negatives are just too small. Of course this is simply my subjective preference and is otherwise irrelevant.

I think I would add the Hasselblad CFV-50c digital back to my 903SWC.

There are two film cameras I don't think I will ever give up until I die.
First is my Nikon SP 2005, with 50mm f/1.4 Millennium. If I could go with a kit I'd throw in the 35mm f/1.8 reissue and 8.5cm f/2 black barrel, as well as preferably the 21mm f/4 Voigtlander Skopar.
Second would be my Master Technika 4x5, with primarily my 150mm f/2.8 Xenotar. I also would hate to be without the 250mm f/5.6 Sonnar in addition.

Like Godfrey, I still have a lot of my film cameras. If I was shooting as much film as I used to, I wouldn't mind having a brooks veriwide (either version).
What I still use when I shoot film these days..
- 35 mm
-- Leica CL w/ cv21, Minolta 40 and 90
-- Contax T (everyday carry - front pocket camera)
-- Contax G2 w/ 21, 45, and 90
- 120
-- voigtlander perkeo II (rear pocket of my jeans
)
-- voigtlander Bessa II
-- Fuji gf670
-- other assorted old medium format folders

Well, I was playing the game... these are film cameras I'm still curious about.
Sir your choice show that you are a gentleman with great taste, the F2 with 45mm what a great set up
I can't take credit... Calzone (on RFF) showed me that set-up first.

I still have 2 M4's, a IIIa and IIIf, 2 Nikon FTn's, Rollei 2.8F Planar and a 3.5 MX Tessar, and 35-S. Plus a Speed Graphic and a Calumet monorail. I sold my Canon 1V bodies but still shoot Canon digitally. About the only thing I lament is my Hasselblad system, but I feel lucky to have sold it when it was still up there in monetary value.

I only shoot film, but sometimes I wonder if I should get a little digital. Maybe Fujifilm XPro-1, a built in optical finder in this day and age is a rare find.
