That's what I work with these days. I have a 90mm Summicron as well but I mostly only use that on a tripod for small product photos with the OUFRO adapter

welcome aboard trchandler62. A very nice trio you have. Any bit of history here? Keep posting. You will find a fine bunch of lads (and a lassie or two, as well) here. Cheers.

Leica M6 + VC 35mm f1.4 Nokton Classic by coloredsteel, auf Flickr
After saving up for some months, and selling my mountainbike, i finally was able to buy my first Leica!
Picked it up in Munich on monday. It's a completely different experience in comparison to my Canon AE-1P, which I lost on the train some weeks ago...
Hopefully it will be a good companion on many adventures to photograph graffiti on trains, or to explore lost places!

I seem to recall another member also covering up the battery chamber on his MP. Did you close the battery chamber with something before recovering?

It's an MP Classic – a special edition commissioned by Schmidt for the Asian market in around 2005. It is meterless, like the M-A. It also has the exact same frame-lines as the M-A. It's a terrific camera. I owned one a few years ago (mine was even nicer

Black hotshoe?? wowwowoow Ian! You always surprise me!

Such a nice camera, if only the ISO selection dial was like the M4 and the serial number was centered on the hot shoe it would be perfect!
Do you have the matching summicron?

No I was only interested in the camera, Michael. I prefer to use old lenses or ASPH. not in the middle hahaha.

I would love to put that covering on my MP or at least get the covering for the M-A. I just really don't like the sharkskin haha.
