Leica M9 plus couple of Carl Zeiss lenses. I'm using Contax G1 but one day I would like to switch to digital - for convenience. Ideally I would like to see a digital full frame Contax G.

I voted for Leica Film Body and Lens
I'd probably use the $10K on a Black .72 Leica MP ($4,595) and my dream Lens the 35/1.4 summilux aspherical ($4,995).
Which totals $9,590
I'd use those to document the streets of my hometown and my favorite place
(Ortigas Center, Pasig City Philippines
)
But if I just want to have fun, different models of the Leica III series

It's DUL edition.
That would be pretty heavy, rather toxic (having your face pressed up against the body all the time & sweat from hands, etc...) and if you got it up to a high enough velocity, pyrophorric! Would make a good bludgeon on the end of a hefty strap. Make sure to get one of those Early Thorium Summicrons for it too!
In my opinion, I'd use a Tungsten/Molybdenum alloy for the top, bottom plates and the body casting. It would then be more durable than a standard issue Nikon F2...
Hmmm... Tungsten camera body. (the tools to make it would cost far more than the stamping, cutting, drilling and the material itself!)

Phil, that would likely cost more than $10k...

I'll go for a Pentax 645D with English language menus and manual.

To understand this craving we have to go back to the time when I was working for a newspaper and used three manual focus lenses (35mm f/2, 85mm f/1.8, and 180mm f/2.8) on a chrome Nikon SLR to cover 80% of my assignments. I also carried a 35mm chrome Asahi Pentax Spotmatic SLR with a 50mm f/1.4 manual focus Takumar lens as a backup.
I eventually sold the Pentax and the 50 when I bought a second chrome Nikon body and a 50mm f/1.4 manual focus Nikon lens. Much later, I replaced the manual focus lens with an auto focus 50mm f/1.4 Nikon lens and added a small 35mm Nikon autofocus black body SLR. This new equipment can easily do the job the Pentax was doing. Plus, I even have a 35mm rangefinder that can do the job better than the Pentax or the Nikon.
As you can see, I do not really need a 35mm chrome Asahi Pentax Spotmatic SLR with a 50mm f/1.4 lens, but for some unknown reason, I still crave one.

Since we are just dreaming here, I'd say a Hasselblad Super Wide.
This is also my wish. I checked Hasselblad, thinking of the SWC.
Edit: add a digital back. It is free .... in this thread.
