What should I choose?

I'm planning to buy a bassa , I will buy a 15 and 21 because i like them very much. And I'm considering which set I should choose. R2A+ 35/2.5 + 50/1.5 OR R3A + 40/1.4SC + 75/2.5 ?

Please give me some advices. Thank you~

I vote for the second set, you can take photos with it (shallow DOF) you can not take with the first. Both good sets though.

Given your liking for wides, why not an R4? The 21, 35, & 50 could all be used on this with an aux finder. The 50/1.5 might be a little tricky at f/1.5, but that would be a small fraction of your shooting & it is still doable.

But . . . what Roland said. He has a great point too. 😀
