4/21/2014 High Line Park, Manhattan, New York City. My camera came upon this scene, illuminated by late evening sunlight. I don’t know the back story to these two people. Are they mother and daughter? Is the older woman okay? Are they marking precious time? And what about that backpack with the skull? Significant? Well, I’ll never know. But I’m grateful for the opportunity to take the photo and ponder whether it contains a deeper meaning.
Dan, your photographs are absolutely amazing. As a long-time lover/student of the twin-lens reflex, I would say your work is comparable to that of Doisneau and Henle.

I've only recently joined. My MF camera of choice is currently a Ciro Flex Model E.
Here are a few shots I recently took. Film was T-Max 100. I can't remember if I was using a light yellow or amber filter.
